Areas you could be working in include:

• UX/UI: You will be involved in all interaction between the user and our products or services, by using your composition and design knowledge. This is the right area for those who have a design background with a digital focus.
• Digital Marketing: In this versatile position, you will be using digital tools to engage customers and build brand awareness. Projects in this area could include Interactive Technology, Mobile Marketing, E-Commerce, and Web Design.
• Agile: If you are familiar with frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and you are interested in facilitating digital transformation, the agile team will enable you to become an agile expert and strengthen your communication and problem-solving skills.
• Digital Channels: You will be involved in hands-on management of digital channels, using your digital skills to plan and maintain marketing programs. It is key to measure digital media effectiveness by making use of multiple strategies.

You will be asked to state your area of interest during the application process.

What we?re looking for:

• Demonstrate creativity, adaptability and intellectual curiosity, the ability to analyze problems and offer outside of the box solutions;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Able to adapt to different areas and ready to apply your skills to something new;
• Curiosity and passion for technology, how things work and the future of digital;
• Graduated with a Master Degree or on track to receive one in 2020 (with a degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Design, etc.);
• Maximum 2 years of working experience;
• Fluency in Portuguese and/or English (oral and written).

The online assessment includes the following:

• Two gamified logical tests (approx. 5-10min);
• Video interview (approx. 15min) focusing on Vodafone?s potential indicators, competencies and motivation. Please complete your video interview in English.
