Digital Silk is a growing digital marketing agency and is seeking to hire an experienced Chief Financial Officer who will be in charge of managing the financial actions of a company.
The CFO's responsibilities include:
Tracking cash flow and financial planning
Handling everything relating to cash flow and financial planning
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Advising on long-term business and financial planning
Oversee our company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations
Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
Analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions
This is for a full time, remote - work-at-home position and, as our headquarters are in the US. We do require our team members to be available during the EST working hours.

Requirements:
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
Expert in QuickBooks
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Ensure compliance with the law and company?s policies
Ability to strategize and solve problems
Organized and Reliable
Able to work EST hours
