What is the position about
In this position, you?ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the definition of the growth strategy and developing appropriate long-term and short-term implementation plans;
  • Helping generate new business leads, not only in Portugal but also at an international level, by identifying key companies and decision-makers;
  • Participating in business development initiatives and services presentations to potential customers;
  • Developing and managing a contact strategy by service/industry aligned with LTP?s value proposition;
  • Managing LTP?s sales pipeline and on-going leads/proposals;
  • Disseminating negotiation best practices across all the LTPeers;
  • Developing presentation decks and proposals to be used throughout the sales process;
  • Pivoting with the Marketing Manager and projects? teams to develop compelling success cases to be used in the business development process.

What we?re looking for

We're looking for people that:

  • Have the willingness to perform multiple and exciting tasks in a fast-growing company;
  • Feel compelled to take LTP?s business development practices to the next level;
  • Feel like their competences do not fit a unique degree and have a strong willingness to learn;
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills, in both Portuguese and English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus);
  • Are well organized with attention to details;
  • Perform and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines;
  • Have an analytical mindset and a sense of execution to be able to translate business goals into effective implementation plans;
  • Hold a master?s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or other related fields;
  • Have a professional background (minimum 3 years) in related functions (e.g., business development, B2B sales, negotiation).
