Job Description

Your contribution to something big

  • Analysis of Strength, Weakness and Opportunities of current Engineering Change Management -Process, -Organization and -Toolchain;
  • Benchmark of Engineering Change Management (ECM) at Thermotechnology within Bosch Group and outside;
  • Creation and evaluation of concepts for Process-, Organization-, Tool-Improvements for ECM;
  • Definition of an ECM-Strategy with short, mid and long-term measures;
  • Alignment of future concepts/strategy within TT & Bosch Organization on working level and management level;
  • Drive the implementation of concepts/strategy forward within TT Organization;
  • Support on different Projects directly or indirectly affecting ECM & MDM (Masterdata Management).

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

  • Academic degree in Engineering / Economics / Information Technology or similar;
  • Several years of experience in the area of Engineering Change Management and Product Data Management;
  • Experience in the area of Product Development;
  • Experience in the area of Project Management;
  • Very good analytic skills and conceptual mindset;
  • Structured working method;
  • Very good communication skills in an international environment including good English skills;
  • Willingness to accept responsibility, high resilience;
  • Willingness to travel.
