Your Opportunity

You will play a key role in supporting the on-trade team building the analysis and managing the current database and will be the point of contact with the technical team and the sales representatives in the field to support the new system in place.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Collect data and results by wholesaler and by Sales Representative for the wholesalers tailor made program.
  • Create new users and manage the current database (GDPR compliant), with the supplier.
  • Upload Contracts, rebates and promotions at Anaplan.
  • Build sell -out analysis and support Modern On trade and Wholesalers team.
  • Load the Contracts volumes/value achieved in the signed agreements.
  • Collect monthly Wholesaler and Cash & Carries data.
  • Rebates conciliation with Finance control.
  • Link with the technical team of Amalia (key sales system):
    • Identify market needs
    • Communicate upgrades/versions or their important messages
    • Report bugs on behalf of the commercial team
    • Set up surveys (COM/MKT ad hoc surveys, PoSuccess annual survey, Quarterly)

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Have a university degree, and worked 2-3 years in an environment with experienced to FMCG systems.
  • Experience in Sales analysis or similar position considered a plus.
  • Communicate excellently, both verbally and written in English.
  • Experience of dealing with commercial teams and senior management.
  • Experience of working with IT/ commercial processes and systems and inputting data accurately.
  • Knowledge in SAP Customer and Materials Master Data considered a plus.
  • Knowledge in Reporting Tools such as Power BI considered a plus
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office, Excel, Access)
