At Talkdesk, our Engineering team follows a micro-service architecture approach to build the next generation of Talkdesk, with vertical teams responsible for all the decisions under their services. Through our Agile Coaches, we promote agile and collaborative practices, we are huge fans of Scrum, pair programming and we won't let a single line of code reach production without peer code reviews. We strongly believe that the only true authority stems from knowledge, not from position and we always treat others with respect, deference and patience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and disseminate communication plans across Engineering teams;
• Promote and analyze internal events and prepare post-event reports;
• Create compelling materials that inform engineering team members of the organization's strategy and vision;
• Generate contents for multiple distribution channels( email, virtual meetings, newsletters, formal presentations, etc).
• Serve as an events and communications expert for internal stakeholders;

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field;
• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in Adobe tools, Microsoft Office, and multimedia softwares;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn technical aspects;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
• Experience in technology and product companies is a plus.
