We're recruiting a Financial System Governance Analyst. Are you the one?
About the Center of Expertise
PMI is establishing a new Finance Center of Expertise in Portugal.
The goal of this new CoE is to support PMI affiliates by developing an efficient, effective, capable and engaged organization with capabilities to collect, analyze and deliver information for fast, data-driven decision-making.
As part of this team you'll work with a very dynamic, multicultural and challenging group. You will contribute to all internal initiatives, collaborating closely with both internal and external partners supporting PMI affiliates with new analytics solutions. You?ll be challenged to contribute with innovative ideas and work closely not only with your team, but the entire organization
Your day-to-day
As a Financial Systems Governance Analyst, you will

• Ensure our worldwide stakeholders are extracting value from the applicational and data landscape
• Participate in technology-related projects
• Ensure technology-related projects deliver the expected business outcomes
• Continuously evolve our applicational and data landscape
• Extract relevant data and perform data validations
• Support first level of analysis across market reports and prepare commenting
• Design, rollout and continuously improve processes used within the Team and among the relevant Parties
• Structure information in our share point and maintain relevant communication information updated
• Participate and support, where applicable, the way we make decisions on multi-functional changes (data, system, access security, administration and reporting content)

Who we?re looking for:

• Degree in Information Management; Information Technologies; Statistics and Econometrics; Business Analytics; Data Science; Computer Science and Business Management or similar;
• Minimum 2 years of validated experience;
• Good communication skills: good ability to articulate and translate into action, technical and operational subjects;
• Strong conceptual thinking and system driven;
• We value past experience with: database languages (e.g. SQL, PL SQL); data integration (e.g. ETL tools); JIRA; SAP; testing software and automated testing techniques;
• Knowledge of IT standards (e.g. ITIL)
• Advanced level of English spoken and written.
