Responsabilities: - Responsible for monitoring and adherence management to promulgate schedules in real time to maximize productivity - Coordinates appropriate staffing allocation and availability of call center staff to achieve service level objectives - Prepare intraday reports to assist operations to drive and manage agent daily productivity and performance - Manage time off request and shift schedule swaps to improve staffing to align it to current arrival patterns to meet service level - Other ad-hoc tasks related with the role - Residence in Lisbon area
Requirements: - C1 English written and spoken -3 years previous experience in workforce management or real time analyst roles of labor law related with scheduling - Expertise using Microsoft Excel - Attention to detail - Strong analytical skills - Availability to work 24/7 shifts rotation
