A Worldwide Leader in the manufacturing of Scientific Equipment?s is currently searching an Order Manager for a position based in the Greater Lisbon.

About the Order Manager role:

The Order Manager main function will be to process the sales order in a centralized fulfilment centre, being a customer oriented and process driven. The job requires SAP knowledge and a very high standard of quality in order to meet the various policies, regulations and guidelines.

Reporting to the Sales Operations department, the Order Manager main functions will be to:

• Process the orders in SAP from different countries in Europe, África and CIS.
• Complete order checks in SAP, CRM system (SFDC) and other tools in order to meet policies and business standards.
• Communicate and align with the respective selling entity, finance and factory to clarify the order for a seamless order execution.
• Support the factory and revenue team in order to meet the revenue targets.
• Be responsible for margin-calculation and support in pre-sales activities, if required.
• Back-up for sales and services support in Portugal.

Requirements

For this position, we require a degree in economics or appropriate discipline with 2 years+ experience in Order Management/Sales Operations, ideally for Scientific Equipment?s, within an international business with high standard levels.

Fluency in English and one additional language (German, Italian, French, Russian, Portuguese, or Spanish) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of SAP, CRM (SFDC), international business and communication skills are mandatory. X-ray diffraction and fluorescence knowledge are very appreciated.
