Job Functions:

• Lead projects into original and unexpected creative solutions, collaborating with strategists, campaign managers and content managers to create the most compelling and successful product possible;

• Create digital materials through a unique design vision;

• Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project;

• Work on a huge variety of projects across a rich spectrum of market sectors and geographies;

• Work closely with developers to ensure the viability of your visual concepts and the fidelity of the final output;

• Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking.

Your profile:

• 4+ years of experience in web design;

• Deep experience in User Research, creating artifact in User Experience and User Interactions;

• Creative and meticulous. Attention to detail and balance beauty, innovation and usability;

• Understanding of user behavior as it relates to design;

• Technical skills working with Adobe XD or FIGMA, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Good English skills;

• Problem solving skills;

• Skills to balance great design with short deadlines;

Only candidates with a portfolio will be qualified.

Nice to Have

• Technical skills working with After Effects, Premiere, Google Web Designer.

• Previous experience in Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Availability to travel.

• Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and initiative;

• Critical spirit with strong business and personal ethics
