We´re Hiring a Sourcing Junior Analyst with a good level of English for a multinational company, market leader based in Linda a Velha, Lisbon.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive selection of suppliers, tendering, negotiation and contract renewals according to NPD defined strategies and guidance, business priorities, Group policies and principles;
- Implement preferred suppliers, validation of single source suppliers, negotiation assistance and supplier relationship management;
- Achieve an optimized procure to pay process and the best cost/performance ratio;
- Measure and drive process compliance and utilization of leveraged buying agreements and optimization of procurement channels;
- Manage procurement projects with the objective to add value to the business.
- Measure, analyze and manage supplier performance to improve quality, reduce costs, mitigate supply risk and drive continuous improvement;
- Ensure delivery of agreed cost reduction targets, as well as departmental goals;
- Continuously develop and maintain deep market knowledge of assigned categories.
Ideal Profile:
- Degree in Business a benefit but not essential;
- Ability in delivering competitive advantage to the business through development and implementation of sourcing strategies;
- Ability to successfully lead projects;
- Ability to manage several categories at the same time;
- Knowledge in SAP and MS Applications;
- Good level of English.
