• Master?s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Management;
• Minimum 5 years in financial industry experience with an emphasis on Securities and Annual Meetings activities;
• Good level of English, both written and verbal;
• Overall IT knowledge is a plus;
• Knowledge in Quality Center;
• Knowledge in Methodology CMMI, Agile;
• Attention to detail/rigor;
• Ability to synthesize/simplify;
• Ability to manage a Project.
