Inside Sales Manager

Bark & Birch is a hyper-growth start-up company that is on a journey to become the number one global dog services company.

We train between 200 - 300 dogs per month, run doggy day-cares, grooming vans, manufacture our own products and operate dog rescue centres whilst in the process of opening vegan dog food & pet insurance departments. We are also getting ready for our investment round.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the team and come on board during this period of rapid growth. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and managing sales representatives across the globe. You will report directly into the CEO and have growth opportunities within the company as we develop into different markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Manage and oversee the work of inside sales representatives across Europe

· Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representative?s performance

· Set and track sales targets and KPIs

· Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines

· Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and suggest improvements

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

· Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

· Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

· Be able to drive and assist with all sales in the UK & Ireland

Qualifications / Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years management experience

· Must have 5 years? + sales experience

· Proven experience with B2C

· Fluent English is essential

· Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel

· In-depth understanding of the sales process

· Proven record of achieving targets and generating sales

· Must be a compassionate team player

· Must be flexible with working hours

· Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
