We are searching for our Client ? a Danish Investment Fund ? for a FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER that will be Santarém based at the Farm Management Company and will report to the CEO and fund manager in Denmark.

We are looking for a young (27- 32 years old) Finance Manager ideally from a Farm or Agribusiness small to medium size company, ambitious and hands-on-approach.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

· Responsible for finance, accounting, reporting, controlling and administration in the group companies

· Coordinating and controlling information flow related to accounting, reporting and administration from and to the farms

· Ensuring that all activities comply with government regulations in Portugal and EU

· Responsible for implementation and follow-up on internal controlling

· Representing the company to customers, the public and other external sources

· HR responsibility (managing employment contracts, deadlines and pay-roll)

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Economics/ Finance and Master Degree

· Experience 5 to 7 years with finance, accounting, reporting, controlling & administration in a small - medium size company

· English ? Bilingual or advanced level

· Experience in coordinating with internal & external people and management on daily activities

· Knowledge of business management programs, such as MS office package, reporting programs, accounting programs

· Skill and ability to communicate with persons outside the organization, representing the company to customers

· Ability to work in a team and independently

· Basic understanding of agriculture would be an advantage

· Willing to travel to the farms on a regular basis - Santarém

· Valid Driving license
