We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to join our startup.

What you will be tasked to do

  • Responsible for lead qualification, entry and enrichment, updating and maintaining internal CRM
  • Sales Intelligence support: Prepare, analyse and gather key information on account/contact level knowledge management to ensure sales reps have the information and skills to succeed
  • Support Business Development in sales implementation, namely: RFIs, RFPs, offers and contracting
  • Support Finance team in billing and reporting
  • Ad-hoc administrative work and team assistance

  • BSc/BA or MSc/MBA in business, marketing, law, economics or a related field.
  • Portuguese / EU Passport or Permanent Work Permit for Portugal is a must.
  • Recently graduated or with first work experience in the field of B2B Software Sales and/or financial services is a plus
  • Understanding of legal, compliance, regulatory and/or risk topics is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in German, French or Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • You have to be goal-oriented and a team player
  • You possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • You are eager to accelerate the growth of our company by supporting all related sales activities
  • You can multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • You are a digital native. Strong computer skills are a must.
