Your contribution to something big:
Work as an IT consultant in an international agile team with a high level of motivation and engagement.
Deliver work packages in HR IT projects related to implementation of Cloud Solutions.
Requirement management and consultation of customers with focus on reporting and IT/Data Security topics.
Implementation of requirements and further development activities for Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Incident and Problem handling as part of 3rd level support group.
What distinguishes you:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar.
Experience with reporting/analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, SAP BO/BI, etc).
Good understanding of compliance and IT/data security topics based on GDPR and German local law. Experience within UX in IT product/projects is a plus.
Proficiency in using MS office tools.
Knowledge about cloud environments and their challenge.
Fluent English, written and spoken (C1) and German language as a plus.
Experience working in agile teams.
Experience working with virtual and international teams.
Self-organized, structured and proactive approach.
Strong communication and consulting skills.
