Requirements
C1 English written and spoken
3 years previous experience in workforce management or real time analyst roles
Understanding of labor law related with scheduling
Expertise using Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Availability to work 24/7 shifts rotation
Residence in Lisbon area
Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring and adherence management to promulgate schedules in real time to maximize productivity
Coordinates appropriate staffing allocation and availability of call center staff to achieve service level objectives
Prepare intraday reports to assist operations to drive and manage agent daily productivity and performance
Manage time off request and shift schedule swaps to improve staffing to align it to current arrival patterns to meet service level
Other ad-hoc tasks related with the role
