Integrate a converter of interior furnishing fabrics in Belgium, that develops qualities in house and produce these with various manufacturers (mills) based in Asia and Europe. The company stocks over 4 million meters of fabric and distributes to wholesalers and importers around the world, where the customers benefit from low minimums, high quality environmentally friendly products, the ability to deliver the goods fast and economically, ready to use marketing, and high level customer service.
Your new role
Participate in the development, testing and maintenance of in-house developed software and in the management of outsourced software projects, where you?ll have to:

• Develop new software modules and modify existing modules from documented requirements for existing systems;
• Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements for new software modules for existing systems;
• Manage outsourced software projects (requirements analysis, project planning, daily follow up);
• Create and execute test plans for the software;
• Implement software systems (planning, configuration, monitoring...);
• Handle 2nd line support incidents for implemented software systems;
• Analyse and fix bugs and defects;
• Contribute to the improvement of the software engineering processes and practices applied by the team.

What you need to be successful
You need to have a degree, preferably a Master?s degree, in Computer Engineering or similar, have at least 5 years of experience in Back-End Development, using Java, SQL, AWS and Scrum. Also, the proficiency in English is mandatory. Is a plus if you have experience in Kubernetes, DevOps and React.
