Job Summary:

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Development, Planning and supervising the execution and delivery of creative materials and assets for Disney + campaigns.
The role includes supervision and approval of creative materials for all departments (Brand marketing; Social media; Performance marketing across channels; Customer Management; Synergy / Owned Media; Partnerships, PR?) to ensure campaigns coherence across all areas, platforms and devices (TV spots, outdoors, digital banners, radio spots, emails, digital media etc.).
  • To be the link between all departments and teams who work on Disney+ and the Creative internal team and/or external agencies engaged for Disney+ campaigns.
  • To learn and understand the overall Disney+ plan and Disney+ marketing/comms strategy, together their respective contribution to the development and implementation of such strategies/plans.
  • To assist in the development and coordiantion of the Disney+ Marketing/Comms plan (annual plan and quarterly review).
  • To ensure stakeholders are timely updated regarding planned campaigns from all areas/departments.
  • With input from area owners/stakholders, to identify and define needs of creative assets for each and all campaigns.
  • To implement creative guidelines globally defined and ensure they are locally respected, always.
  • To ensure stakeholders send creative briefs to Creative internal department and/or external agencies for assets development and materials execution. To supervise briefs are consistent accross areas and within Disney+ requirements. To track planning and execution of creative assets and ensure they are delivered per agreed timeline.
  • To prepare monthly/quarterly plans for assets creation and production (production make lists).
  • To know in detail all available assets available globally, in EMEA and locally. To manage assets utilisation for local campaigns.
  • To coordinate and support stakeholders in the approval of local creative assets.
  • After each campaign, assessment of what went well/bad for on-going improvement on processes and future planning.
  • Other: budget control and optimization. SAP.

Preferred Education

The Experience we require from you:
At least 3-4 years in similar position, in ?Asset Traffic? role (in a marketing or production department) in a Media company, Advertising agency or in any Consumer products company with 360 advertising approach.
University degree.
Fluent in English, Portuguese. Spanish desirable.
Computer knowledge (Windows Office, Outlook, Photoshop).
Proactive.
