We're looking for a motivated and driven Authorizations and Bus Stops Manager Portugal (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and starts as soon as possible.

Your Tasks ? Paint the world green

• Being a very important interface to all central, regional, and local transport authorities in Portugal
• Preparing, applying for, and ultimately obtaining permissions from authorities to operate regular domestic and international bus lines
• Identifying opportunities for new bus stop locations, communicate and negotiate with regional authorities and making sure our buses stop at and ideal location
• Optimizing the authorization process for our line authorizations and bus stops in Portugal and allowing for timely obtaining approvals from public authorities
• Collaborating with other departments based in Lisbon as well as other FlixBus locations
• Supporting our Customer Service department with certain topics as well as our Finance department in handling contracts with recurring vendors

Your Profile ? Ready to hop on board

• You have obtained a degree, or similar, in Public Administration, Management, Law, Civil Engineering or related fields of study
• You have a recommended 2-5 years of proven work experience in dealing with the Portuguese authorities, ideally in the field of transport/mobility
• You are highly social and have strong communication and negotiation skills
• You are precise, proactive, reliable, and have a conscientious workstyle
• You have good skills in Excel/PowerPoint, experience with the use of Salesforce products is considered a plus
• You are a native level Portuguese speaker and are fluent in English, knowledge of other languages, Spanish in particular, are considered a strong plus
