Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Our Data Services team (People Analytics), operating in Lisbon, provides HR standard and ad hoc reports primarily for our headquarters in Germany.

We are looking for an experienced data analyst, who fits into our dynamic and multicultural environment and has the following responsibilities:

• Analyze our HR data data (e.g. consult stakeholders, create dashboards and summarize analyses)
• Highlight wrongly/ incomplete data fields with the responsible department
• Maintain data KPIs and SLAs
• Support Microsoft Power BI development team

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Degree in economics or similar
• Experience in HR data management
• SAP HCM knowledge
• Highly analytical and logical thinking
• Very structured and independent way of working
• Ability to adapt to given processes
• Team player with global mindset
• Responsibility and reliability
• MS Excel advanced (ex. Macros) knowledge preferred

Language skills: English B2
