You will be responsible for:
Exploitation:

  • Monitor and control the planning and the execution of the different interfaces coming in and out from SAP
  • Relay between the SSC and TCS for job changes
  • Maintain the Technical architecture folders
  • EDI Management
User Management:
  • Guarantee of the roles provided to the business users and realize all kind of activities around user management
  • Unblock / creates the users / profiles, able to modify rights
  • Perform internal control on critical transactions
  • Check connections that have been inactive for several months, help on counting licenses
Proximity Support:
  • Secure and follow up requests to TCS
  • Ensure the Level 1 User Support
  • Create / modify and manage queries
  • SAP super users
  • Translator between the SSC and IT
What you?ll need to succeed:
  • Technical skills in all kind of modules of SAP and authorizations
  • Business knowledge of finance processes
  • Operate on the architecture and security of the IT system
  • 2-year experience in applications operations or similar position
Fluent in English, French would be a plus
