Our HR Service Europe was established as the first cross-border HR service within Bosch. We provide support and development of IT infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany in order to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a Consultant for the development of Automation projects to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for process automation projects (robotic and intelligent process automation)
  • Developing automation solutions upon the requirements of customers worldwide
  • Managing the whole development phase in liaison with customers
  • Testing the final solution with customer
  • Ensuring all the process is compliant with rules and regulations
  • Developing PowerBI dashboards, customization and further enhancements depending on customer requirements


What distinguishes you:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or any comparable technical background
  • Very good communication skills
  • Service mindset: empathy, patience and positivity to provide solutions to internal clients
  • Experience working with virtual and international teams
  • Logical, structured, proactive approach to IT solutions
  • Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment
  • Work experience in robotic, intelligent and cognitive process automation or knowledge of JavaScript and SQL will be desirable
  • Knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI
  • Knowledge in Business Process Management is a plus
  • Proficiency in using MS office tools
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset
