Tu función

1. Objective

Ensure correct documentation of lease transactions and correct processing of these transactions in DLL?s operating systems. Ensure correct service management. Support Sales activities.

2. Responsibilities & Activities

  • BS Dept
    • Contribute to improve the quality of the BS Department
    • Act as an example to the whole BS team
  • Department Planning
    • Assure the fulfillment of the set objectives regarding operational performance and ensure compliance within these objective.
  • Activation of lease contracts
    • Ensure correct preparation for activation of leasing contracts
    • Develop guidelines and instruct Sales about requirements for correct activation
    • Improve efficiency regarding contract activation
  • Service Orchestration
    • Take care of a good management of all object and investment services in DLL?s systems and tools
    • Advise the Sales Department and the Financial Department on Service Orchestration issues
  • Sales Support
    • Act as a sales support, internal sales to support the sales activity.
    • Perform quotations and negotiation Skills
    • Collect all necessary documentation to complete the client file and arrange for contract activation
    • Prepare leasing contracts and send them to dealers, vendor or client to arrange for signing
    • Build the client file in a clear and orderly manner and prepare files for activation
    • Pro-actively follow up on outstanding transactions
    • Process early termination requests according to the stipulations in the vendor agreements
    • Act as the point of contact for vendors and dealers
    • Support the vendors and dealers in the use of DLL systems if applicable
    • Address all vendors and dealers questions regarding DLL?s services
    • Propose system improvements (change requests) if necessary

  • Good knowledge on MS Office tools
