MEI Europa, is a lider company in the small appliances market, located in Sintra is looking for an Assistant to join the financial department.
Ensure all necessary administrative support in the Finance department:
Preparation, classification and registration of documents;
- Accounting of invoices, payments, financial documents, among others;
- Analysis and posting of additions and deferrals,
- Bank reconciliation;
- Support in the preparation of tax returns and in the closing process;
- Support in the production of management information and internal analysis;
- Reconciliation of third party checking accounts;
- Another tasks inherent in the function
- Accounting Interface (External)
Requirements:
- Degree or Professional Course (preferably in Management, Accounting) or other similar study areas;
- Preferred some experience in accounting;
- Computer knowledge from the user's perspective (Microsoft Office and Primavera)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, flexibility, critical spirit, planning and teamwork.
- Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel;
- Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships;
- Critical spirit and willingness to learn;
- Focus on delivering value, rigor, quality and responsibility.
- Proactivity and initiative;
- Be abble to do a IEFP Internship
