We are recruiting German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to provide service for our client based in Lisbon. You will be required to answer queries, handle complaints, and troubleshoot problems.

Required Skills:

  • Receiving or making calls from customers.
  • Understanding and using the required software, and tools.
  • Participating in training and striving to improve your skills.
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures.

The ideal Customer Support Specialist will be customer-orientated and should have attention to detail. You should be communicative, accurate, knowledgeable, and like to work within a team.
