Position Description
Position Purpose:

  • Support field Customer Service Account Executives with account analysis

  • Support New Business team and account opening

  • Support field Customer Service Account Executives with phone account management and general customer support

Major/ key Accountabilities.

Data & Reporting

  • Ensure network files are updated to support month end reports: Accountability Tool

  • Support the update of the Sales funnel

  • Support the Audit reconciliation & completion process

  • Support to Customer Service Accounts & Retail Executives with data analysis

    Interaction

  • Understand prospect needs and priorities through regular dialog

  • Increase awareness of CHEP, promotion of pooling solution

  • Manage the interface between Customer & CHEP, including support on boarding process for all wins

  • Support Audit Reconciliation process.


Skills & Knowledge:

Knowledge

  • Understanding of the CHEP business model, its products service and value proposition

  • Understanding of CHEP competitive landscape and market trends

  • Understanding of CHEPs systems and procedures

  • Understanding the supply chain

    Skills

  • Commercial Savy ? negotiation, listening, communication, sales skills

  • Cold calling skills and ability to apply sales tools and methodologies

  • Telephone based selling skills (inbound & outbound)

  • M/soft Office (M)

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Economics area (D).
Languages:
Portuguese & english
Spanish desirable.
