Enterprise Product Marketing Manager for Surface

The Surface Product Marketing Manager Enterprise is the Surface business group leader and subject matter expert who drives for the Enterprise Opereting Unit, attainment of the billed revenue and unit targets, profitably, through marketing activities, through-partner / direct sales programs and incentives.

The Surface mission is to give people the best experience with Microsoft devices to transform industries and the way people get work done. We do this in a way that builds millions of fans, helps businesses be more effective, establishes meaningful new categories that transform productivity whist also increasing market share, revenue and gross margin for Microsoft.

Your role is to focus the sales and marketing teams across the Western Europe area on how Surface can help modernize our customer?s workplaces as organizations look for ways to transform their businesses, recruit, hire and retain the best employees, and attract customers who are buying in new ways.


Our core priorities for the Surface business in the Enteprise and Public Sector space are:

1. Lead the Surface Business through a ONE Microsoft approach: Build internal and external engagement across your

stakeholders to execute the Surface Commercial Strategy.

2. Accelerate growth.

3. Drive Customer Adds

4. Drive to-customer marketing for Enterprise Commercial and Public Sector aligned to business priorities and GTM effort

5. Support managed deals thru Local Empowerment, ECIF approval, supply planning and management

6. Support the development and promotion of Framework Agreements for Public Sector and Education

7. Develop and promote customer success stories

Your responsibilities as a Surface PMM Enterprise include:

  • Develop strong partnerships with cross-BG teams, Surface SSPs/TSPs and broaden our reach by leveraging
  • compelling external partnerships.
  • Deliver forecasting accuracy for the Enteprise and Public sector segments
  • Showcase Surface value through customer stories
  • Billed Revenue. Increase commercial billed revenue and % attach to Microsoft 365 deals


  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Partner and customer focused
  • Understand product advocacy and evangelism
  • Core marketing experience (positioning and messaging)
  • Being a conduit between technology and the business with the voice of customer in mind
  • Excellent communicator with strong ability to influence for impact
  • Enterprise Sales background is a plus
  • Bachelor?s Degree (B.S./B.A.) required, relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Computer Science
