The Role:

You will support Operations global headcount data maintenance & planning, assuring a permanent and precise update of the systems involved, and facilitating the constant change in our context.

Demand accuracy is imperative, and you will need to dig deeply with Hiring managers, Talent Acquisition and Analytics to ensure that our demand-supply tools & processes are set up for success.

Ability to dive into analytics details and tell a data driven story is key.

What you'll do:

  • Support headcount data management to enable reliable decision making. Primary focus is on balancing the supply & demand of headcount. This requires cross-functional collaboration with partners across People Team, Finance, and Business owners
  • Create and manage data sources relevant for Headcount purposes
  • Facilitate change management and escalation process with counterparts for requested changes to headcount targets. Work to minimize downstream impact and communicate appropriately
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business owners shifting priorities for hiring
  • Regularly meet with technical executives, managers, Finance, and Talent partners to present headcount updates. Ability not only to point out month-over-month changes but also explain why the changes occurred and how they affect the big picture
  • Support and guarantee headcount data accuracy to enable an efficient yearly headcount planning cycle as well as end-to-end project plans and an on-time delivery
  • Enable the improvement of integrations and tooling needs promoting automation of process through robotic tools
  • Guarantee the data quality control liaising with different systems and promoting a zero error outcome
  • Perform root-cause analysis to support business and workforce planning needs
  • Work closely with several teams to make continuous improvements to the service levels
  • Support the creation of dashboards/reports adding analytical quality and experience
  • Perform statistical analysis to explore past staffing trends and customer demand to support the business to take decisions during the peak session.

Who you are

  • Experienced in Data Analysis ideally within a multi-channel service environment
  • Experienced in data analysis software
  • You have strong Microsoft Excel and SQL skills
  • A RPA knowledgeable
  • Knowledgeable of headcount and position management
  • An efficient communicator with the ability to work with technical management teams presenting to executive audiences, sometimes on short notice
  • Able to manage large volume of information
  • A professional with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly organised and detail oriented
  • A safe guardian of data privacy
