The role requires a consultative selling approach and the capability to work on a complex B2B environment where it is mandatory to skillfully negotiate with customers to sell not only a product, but a complete solution that includes support and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develops a full understanding of benefits market, including competition, trends, etc;
Acquires a complete knowledge of Sodexo offerings and its competitive advantages;
Meet a quota of contacts and SQL per day;
Qualify leads delivered from Marketing according to predefined standards and process;
Actively follow-up all opportunities at all stages of the sales-cycle within the time frames set;
Present demos and make virtual tours of our digital tools/services (web portal, app);
Meet clients to negotiate and close deals;
Collaborates with Mkt/Digital in business development, consulting and support;
Keep Salesforce up to-date with lead activity and follow qualification rules.
Minimum of 3 years of B2B outside sales experience;
Demonstrate fluency in the digital space and willingness to embrace new technology and social media;
Able to sell to C-level buyers (CEO, Director Level, etc?) and large size companies;
Capable to produce a high level of daily outbound calling and emailing activity;
Experience in using Hubspot and Salesforce, or similar CRM tools;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
