Your tasks:

Reporting to the Portuguese Office Partner and working closely with Spanish Finance Department for monthly consolidation issues, will be responsible for:

Finance ? Invoicing, treasury and collection maps, oversee tax payments, relationship with suppliers (office rental, insurances, banks, meal cards, IT equipment);

Accounting ? Coordinate the relationship with the external Accountant for monthly closing, management accounting, monthly specialization, project profitability and legal/tax obligations;

Reporting ? Timesheets, subcontract management (accounts received) and nearshore services (accounts payable);

Administration ? Office Supplies, Occupational Medicine, Insurance, Communications, technical equipment management, subcontract management;

Human Resources ? Employment contracts, salary and benefits payment, expenses, vacation maps, Consultants travel management.

Your Profile:

  • Diploma in Finance or Management;
  • Two years experience in Finance and Administration global control;
  • Experience in international and IT environment(desired);
  • Good command of Excel;
  • English fluency;
  • Previous auditing experience in a big4 company is a plus.
