Manages Team Salt Customer Service Representatives. Encourages the team in the realisations of the departmental targets. Is responsible for the team's performances and the application of the rules defined by the Core Process. Elaboration and realisation of different projects. First point of contact for any employee problems in the Team, including problems a Customer Service Representative could face in difficult situations with the customers.
What you bring • Experience in Customer Service, cross selling and Team Management. • Very good command of at least two languages - minimum level C1: German -English is a plus • Interest in telecommunication products • Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00 • Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality
