Your tasks

  • Calls and/or emails support to customer inquiries in the mentioned languages
  • In-life support and advice on our products and services for existing customers and potential new customers
  • Processing of customers' requests and updating in computer systems (Customer Relationship Management, like offers or price plan changes, activation of options or services, change of customer details)
  • Identification of potential weak points for continuous improvement of customer experience

What you bring

  • Experience in customer care, cross selling.
  • Very good command - minimum level C1 – of German; English and Italian is a plus
  • Interest in telecommunication products, digital and technology
  • Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00
