Congelagos, the largest investment of the Group, is one of the most technologically advanced fish transformation and freezing factories in the world, with capacity to process 300 tons daily and cold-store 5,400 tons. Located in Lagos, Portugal, Congelagos sources the highest quality fish and molluscs from all of Continental Portugal, Madeira, and the Azores.

You will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing a strategic sales plan in a high growth environment to ensure goals are met or exceeded across Sales, Account Management and Marketing functions.

Degree, Master´s Degree/MBA or equivalent education in Management or Economics; 3 years or more of experience in international sales, especially major retail chains; Excellent communications (oral and written) both in English and Portuguese and Negotiation skills in Business; Proficiency in software usage (CRM, Excel, Data Analysis and P&L Management) Availability to travel/live abroad.
