Following their growth strategy, they intend to strengthen their international team in Lisbon by recruiting a Customer Support Representative with native/fluent level of English.
- Answer to customer requests, in a simple way keeping a smile to ensure their satisfaction;
- Managing claims and requests;
- Providing the necessary support, advice and information.
- High School Diploma or higher;
- Native or fluent (level C2) in English;
- Excellent communication skills and pro-activity;
- Ease of interpersonal and teamwork;
