We are looking for a Business Analyst who will help the sales organization in Portugal to achieve its sales goal thought a support to day to day business and acting as PMO into Country Digitization Acceleration Project (CDA), interlocking the project with usual sales/marketing activities.
This project is dedicated to business development opportunities in Portugal to accelerate Digital Education, Connected Government and Public Sector and creating opportunity in Industry 4.0 and Smart mobility to enable a secure digital infractructure.
The main responsibilities will be the Investment control/tracker according to Business case, coordinate with the Finance Teams and suppliers all the order entry in eprocurement, get bookings report and cadence and coordinate with the track leaders the actual spending against approved budget.
This person will also be responsible for the support of marketing specialists on marketing and events
Other main responsabilities will be:
Candidates must meet the minimum requirements:
- Pipeline validation with Sales team in a weekly basis
- Develop Forecast accuracy project
- Weekly Funnel analysis to develop additional planning to ensure Country/Geo Bookings target achievement
- Develop procedures to assist effectively County objectives, business plans and budgets , based on strategic guidelines from Cisco. Manages assigned categories, performs analysis, develops and recommends strategies within assigned area of responsibility
- Master University Degree
- Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Communication & presentation skills;
- Ability to work in team;
- 1-3 Years of experience as sales, business analyst or project manager will be preferred
- Fluent in English;
- Experience in IT Program Management is required.
