ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and ensure the operational control of the unit on a local day to day basis
Implement best practices given by Central and ensure they are effectively applied
In charge of the SLA:
o Define the SLA o Organize its measurement and annual review o Organize the associated steering committee
As Metier contact:
Local support to users
Produce headcount dashboard monitoring and collects explanations from managers regarding potential variation between budget and reality
Data quality follow-up (timesheets, projects data, among others)
As Central PO contact:
Application of common controls in alignment with central PO
Data quality follow-up During budget exercise and as part of the Central management process
Support budget participants
Train budget participants
Follow-up on budget progress and ensure deadlines are met
Tower of Control?s follow up with global supervision from Central
Fluent in English
Good interpersonal skills and team player
Strong resistance to stress
Rigorous and autonomous
Ability to develop and adapt a process
