Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist the Accountants in their daily bookings
- Banking transfers and movements
- Send documentation to lawyers.
- Several paperwork with the Tax Authorities.
- Reception of visitors
- Attend phone calls
- Store documentation properly
- Fluent in French
- 3-5 years administrative experience in a Finance Department or a Gestoria de Contabilidade.
