We are looking for an Installation Manager, based on Nairobi, to manage all the installation operations in East Africa Region (Kenya-Uganda-Rwanda). His/her main role will be to ensure the successful and profitable execution of the delivery projects within his/her portfolio. He/she manages the Project Managers and Installation Supervisors executing the projects within the portfolio, and actively monitors the portfolio performance in terms of revenue generation, progress against schedule, planning accuracy and cost efficiency. He/she is accountable for the capacity, competence and optimized deployment/allocation of the installation resources (people and tools), and manages the regional Installation organization and related other resources.
